Museet är komplett, mycket intressant och framför allt mycket gripande, med foton, personliga berättelser och samtal med dessa män och kvinnor. Det tar minst 3 timmar att se och förstå allt som hände den 11 september.

Hej! Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse på 911-museet. Jag hade ingen aning om hur STOR det var - vi kunde ha tillbringat flera timmar där. Jag skulle säga att det enda jag inte älskade var att vi gick direkt till filmen så snart vi kom dit eftersom den började om ett par minuter - så vi gick rätt in utan att veta vad det var. Jag hoppades att det skulle vara bilder av skapandet av 911-minnesmärket och museet, men istället handlade det om sökandet efter Osama Bin Laden. Vilket jag hade följt vid den tiden och tyckte var otroligt intressant, men jag skulle inte ha tagit mitt barn till den här filmen om jag hade vetat det, och istället använt den tiden på museet. I övrigt var museet mäktigt och hisnande; vi var imponerade, och det hedrade verkligen de människor som dog och gav dem det erkännande de förtjänade. Helt otroligt.
