Reach the cooking venue just 30 km from Florence. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink. Just show up with your booking confirmation and appetite for learning!
What to expect
Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch using simple ingredients like flour, water, and eggs. Under the guidance of an expert chef, prepare four traditional types—ravioli, tagliatelle, pici, and gnocchi—alongside classic sauces. After the session, sit down to a full Tuscan meal featuring your handmade pasta, cold bites, cheese, dessert, and a regional pairing.
