Из Кракова: Экскурсия с гидом на целый день в Аушвиц-Биркенау

The trip was ok, but could have been better. The place itself was very impressive and we learned new things about the place and the history. Less than 24 h before the trip, the time was postponed almost an hour. We did have the option to accept the change, or do the trip another day. Most regrettable was our guide at Auschwitz, it seemed like other guides were explainig more specific about the place, history and even stories of people and their fates. Our guide Symon (?) talked in general about the history, but he was clearly speaking less than other guides. He did not interfere when one person in the group was taking photos in places where it was forbidden. Our guide did not talk at all while walking, only when stopping. There was no time to see the shops at Auschwitz, and there seemed to be a hurry all the time. For example, no one said that eg. now we have 10-15 minutes and/or the bus will continue at this and this time. Headphones should have been used also in Birkenau, the guide was telling something at the memorial but we couldn't hear what it was. The positive was that on the way back, the conductor of the bus accepted to make another stop where it was more convenient for some of the passengers to get off.

My girlfriend and I recently took part in the 'From Krakow: Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Transfers,' and it was an incredibly moving experience. The tour was very well-organized, and the transfers were smooth, making the journey comfortable. Our guide, Helena, was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate, providing insightful and respectful commentary throughout the entire tour. Visiting both Auschwitz and Birkenau was deeply emotional for both of us, and it was a sobering reminder of such an important part of history. We both appreciated the opportunity to reflect and learn. Highly recommend this tour, especially with such an excellent guide like Helena.

Prise en charge facile et rapide par Royal Tour au centre de Cracovie, nous avons reçu un message la veille via whatsapp afin de nous informer de l'organisation et de l'horaire de notre visite décalée d'1h par rapport à l'heure initiale (10h au lieu de 9h) mais ce qui n'a gêné en rien. Arrivés sur place nous avons été accompagnés par Jadwica pour plus de 3h de visite dans ce lieu lourd d'histoire ... Notre guide était tout simplement formidable, nous transmettant des précieuses et utiles informations tout en adoptant le ton juste pour cette visite. Je recommande cette excursion avec une organisation optimale par Royal Tours, merci !

Der Fahrer hat uns pünktlich abgeholt und uns ausgezeichnet erklärt wie der Ablauf ist. Die Fahrt verlief ohne Probleme ab. Vor Ort wurden wir zum Museum gefahren und anschließend dort wieder abgeholt und nach Birkenau gebracht. Das Angebotene Mittagessen (haben wir nicht gewählt) beinhaltet 2 seasamringe (die die auch am Marktplatz für 3,50 Ztl verkauft werden) & einen Apfel. Dieses sollte beim Anbieter 40 Ztl Kosten. Davon ist abzusehen. Vor Ort gibt es auch einen Shop der für Essen und Getränke sorgt. Ich würde empfehlen sich selbst was mitzunehmen! Der Besuch hat sich alle Male gelohnt! Nur weiter zu empfehlen!!

Ein Besuch in der Gedenkstätte Auschwitz war eine zutiefst bewegende und lehrreiche Erfahrung. Unser Tour Guide war äußerst kenntnisreich und vermittelte die historische Bedeutung des Ortes mit großem Respekt und Einfühlungsvermögen. Der Rundgang war gut organisiert und bot einen tiefen Einblick in die Geschehnisse und die Geschichte des Holocausts. Trotz der emotionalen Schwere des Themas war der Besuch eine wichtige Erinnerung an die Vergangenheit und ein Aufruf zur Wachsamkeit gegen Intoleranz und Hass in der Gegenwart.
