I'm almost 80 yrs old and booking online for anything gets me a bit tense. But there was no hitch booking a ticket with your shuttle. In addition, the President Hotel was surrounded by construction mess but your nice driver came up to the hotel to look for me. He was very early and that eased my concern to get to the airport well before time. He was also cheery and polite to all the passengers. I'm impressed. Thanks for your shuttle service

Fare includes two standard suitcases per person.

Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

It's recommended to bring your child's car seat when traveling.

Outsized/extra luggage items such as bikes, more than 2 bags, skis, surfboards, etc., will incur an additional charge of $5 per item.

If you would like to bring a pet they can travel at the price of an adult and must be in a pet cage which will sit in the shared luggage trailer.

This ticket includes pick-up from your location in Auckland City.

In the next step of booking, please specify the pick-up point.

On the day of your transfer, please arrive at your pick-up location 15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

Pickup time will be mentioned in the voucher

Your driver will be waiting for you at the pick-up location.

Wait outside the pick-up point as the driver will not go into lobbies or stores to look for you.
