Am luat acest tur cu copiii mei și, din păcate, am întârziat la locul de întâlnire al autobuzului, am sunat și am reușit să cerșesc și să pledez cu ghidul să ne aștepte timp de 8 minute după ora de plecare. Am fost foarte apologetic și practic în lacrimi când am intrat în autobuz. Mă așteptam ca ghidul să fie supărat, dar sincer nu m-aș fi așteptat niciodată să fiu pus pe explozie la difuzorul puternic... ghidul a pus foarte mult accentul pe a fi la timp pentru a respecta pe toată lumea, că ea a mers pe agresiv timp de mai multe minute despre cât de importantă este punctualitatea. Sunt conștient de faptul că întârzierea mea a cauzat o perturbare, dar modul în care a fost delt cu a fost neprofesional, nepoliticos, și sincer doar confuz. Unii oameni sunt aici pentru prima dată, nu știm totul despre zonă sau nu avem control asupra taxiurilor care anulează și nu apar. Fiind strict este un lucru, dar fiind nepoliticos și dureros de dragul de ea este doar urât.
