Tu vinzi bilete pentru un tur care nu este activ. Am așteptat aproximativ o oră din timpul meu de vacanță pentru nimic. De ce nu ați dezactivat turul de pe pagina de internet dacă nu îl organizați? Sunt foarte supărat pe tine și partenerul tău de "afaceri".

Nous n'avons pratiquement rien vu des monuments pendant la visite nocturne. L'éclairage dans le bus avec la réverbération des fenêtres ne nous permettait pas de voir correctement. Dommage !

În primul rând, am primit ora greșită de la compania headout și turul meu nu a avut loc la acea oră (am primit 6.30 pm, dar ultimul tur a fost la 5.30 pm), în al doilea rând, am vrut să schimb turul în altă zi 1 ianuarie, au spus că îl schimbă, dar în acea zi turul nu a avut loc din nou. Așa că nu am primit tur și nu mi-au rambursat banii, fiți atenți când cumpărați bilete de la compania headout.
