Ghidul nostru a fost foarte informativ cu privire la toate clădirile și zonele pe care le-am vizitat! A fost minunat ca autobuzul să ducă grupul împreună până la castel ca un grup. Castelul are atât de multă istorie și este absolut frumos. Un must see în timp ce în Praga!!!

Turul a fost grozav. Dar headout compania a fost teribil. După achiziționarea biletelor (în timp ce eram la castel), am fost trimis prin e-mail că locația de pornire este într-o altă parte a orașului. Serviciul clienți a fost slab. A fost automat AI junk fără un reprezentant viu. Când sistemul a declarat că primește o persoană vie, nu a făcut-o niciodată. Suportul telefonic a rămas fără răspuns, de asemenea - literalmente doar a continuat să sune fără un răspuns.
