Rezervarea biletelor și admiterea au fost super fiabile. Ar trebui să planificați suficient timp pentru turn; acesta este de fapt un program de o zi. Bijuteriile sunt frumoase și pot fi văzute în liniște, în ciuda aglomerației. Mulțimile nu sunt vina nimănui, deoarece am fost și noi acolo. Cumpărarea biletelor a fost foarte ușoară, la fel și accesul la Turnul Londrei prin simpla prezentare a codurilor QR de pe smartphone. Am putut intra fără probleme cu o oră și jumătate înainte, poate și pentru că nu era prea aglomerat, și am vizitat situl timp de aproximativ 8 ore, folosind un ghid audio în limba italiană pentru doar 5 lire sterline de persoană.
