Personal foarte prietenos. Hammam, saună, ploaie, zonă de relaxare, piscină în aer liber. Apă și ceai cald disponibile gratuit. Pantofi și halat de baie disponibile.

Nu mă așteptam la prea multe de la QC Terme Milano, chiar dacă ideea unei ploi tropicale simulate m-a intrigat suficient de mult încât să o vizitez. Situat chiar lângă zidurile spaniole istorice din Milano, spa-ul are un aer central, dar liniștit. Mi-am păstrat așteptările scăzute - prefer să rămân sceptică decât să risc o dezamăgire, deoarece funcționează mai bine decât opusul. Dar Spa-ul ne-a surprins. Ascuns lângă vechile ziduri spaniole, acest loc se simte ca un sanctuar ascuns în mijlocul orașului. Fiica mea și cu mine am ajuns să iubim fiecare parte a acestuia - de la conceptul excentric care ne-a atras, la aperitiv, jacuzzi, piscină în aer liber și atmosfera generală. Designul este frumos, personalul cu adevărat primitor. Mi-au plăcut în special uniformele personalului feminin: rochii portocalii strălucitoare, cu o formă îngrijită, croită - atrăgătoare și elegante, fără a încerca prea mult (nu am observat ce purtau bărbații, ca să fiu sinceră.) Rochiile erau atât de milaneze, ca să spun așa). Am plecat zâmbind, relaxați și foarte bucuroși că nu am judecat prea devreme.
