Be astounded with the beauty of Mt. Fuji on a day tour with lunch. Explore two lava caves – a wind cave and an ice cave – located at the northern base of Mt. Fuji.

    • Witness Japan's alpine beauty on a full-day guided tour of the Mt. Fuji area with a Chinese and Japanese-speaking guide, and go hassle-free with round-trip transfers from Tokyo.

    • Take in the postcard-perfect view of the snow-capped peak and later enjoy a delicious Hoto hot pot and traditional Yamanashi thick noodle soup for lunch.

    • Trek through the magnificent Fugaku Wind Cave and Narusawa Ice Cave, formed when nearby Mt. Nagao erupted, and see ice pillars that have grown up to 3m long.

    • Take hearty sips of pure spring water from the natural springs of Oshino Hakkai and explore the Arakura-yama Sengen Park, home to the iconic Chureito Pagoda.

    • Fun fact: A monk of an unknown name is believed to be the first person to have climbed Mount Fuji in 663 AD.

  • This day tour from Tokyo takes you to Mount Fuji, Japan's tallest peak and one of the most iconic tourist destinations, and the surrounding scenic regions.

    The blossoming Arakurayama Asama Park

Climb 397 steps to see the Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine and the 5-storied pagoda named Zhongling Tower. Enjoy the stunning view of Mt. Fuji and the pagoda, which is also a famous spot for cherry blossoms. About 650 Someiyoshino cherry trees are planted in the park, creating a superb contrast with Mt. Fuji in early April every year.

Explore the Wind and Ice Caves

Visit Narusawa Ice Cave and Fugaku Wind Cave, which are hidden in Aokigahara Forest. These caves were formed by an ancient eruption of Mt. Fuji and have amazing ice formations, lava shelves, and more. Feel the temperature drop as you enter the chilly caves and walk through the narrow passages. Explore Oshino Hakkai, a quaint village built on a former lake site. The 8 springs in the village are fed by snowmelt from Mt. Fuji. Sample the pristine spring water from the huge Waku Pond and stroll through the picturesque alleys and bridges.
