The cave is amazing and the tour guides are very informative and you can tell they love their jobs which makes the experience more fun also!

The ticketing experience was super simple to navigate right to the end. Also the stuff where quite friendly and accommodating to the needs of customers. The audio set up was also very informative with detailed analysis of the curves formation. Great experience indeed we will live yo cherish.

Tickets were easily bought, service at reception was great, explained everything needed. Cave tour headphones were fantastic we could go our own pace. Cave itself amazing definitely will be doing others in the area. Thank you!

My ticketing experience was flawless and quick with no issues .
The tour itself was absolutely amazing. The guide was knowledgeable and inclusive of the entire group.
She was really patient and kind especially with the children making it fun and interactive.
It was apparent that she loved her job.
I apologise for not remembering the guides name as we did so many tours and the names all seemed to blend into one.
