End of the trip was the best thing (restaurant & winery), rest of it was on the road and first wine tasting was too little. Also the small town is nice at the beginning but needs to be a bit of more time than 40 minutes. Tour guide Mariana was amazing.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. WE BOOOKED A GUIDED TOUR IN THE DOURO VALLEY: 2 VINYARDS + DOURO CRUISE WERE INCLUDED. EVERYONE WAS REALLY WELCOMING AND WILLING TO EXPLAIN. A BIG THANK TO MARGARIDA OF LIVING TOUR, SHE WAS REALLY LOVELY

The wine tasting was good. Expectation management was an issue. Explaining that is mostly a history museum experience rather than wine tasting experience. It is a beautiful venue.

Ich habe am Meeting Point gewartet, es kam
Keiner, um mich abzuholen. Ich bin dann zum Ticket office von Graham gegangen. Dort habe ich das Ticket erhalten. Graham hat eine tolle Führung gemacht, aber ich hätte das Erlebnis fast verpasst aufgrund des fehlenden lokalen guides.

La cata y la explicación ha estado genial. Lo único qje echamos de menos fue algo para acompañar el oporto. Sabemos que hay catas y seguro que son de lo mejor. Pero oporto sin comida, por poco que sea, para cierta gente se puede complicar el hecho de volver al hotel.
