Întreaga vizită, ne-am bucurat foarte mult de diferența în fiecare cameră, interactivă, tradusă și doar foarte bine făcută. Uimitor!

Mai fusesem aici o dată și ne aștepta o coadă lungă la sosire. Am luat bilete atunci. Când am revenit pentru a vizita acest muzeu minunat, era mult mai puțin aglomerat. Cred că am fi putut vizita fără să rezervăm în avans, dar a fost practic.

There are actually too many attractions on the pass to even contemplating doing them all.
It does not include the bigger ones like Warwel Castle , but we enjoyed the ones we were able to do .
Transport system in Krakow is excellent ......but for a visitor who doesn't know it, or speak Polish, a route map when you pick up your pass would be extremely useful.
Whilst there is some info on the website, not everybody is in a position to access it whilst on the move.
With more information at card pick up it would definitely rate 5*

This is the only site where the trips were available and it was really easy to book. Plus they mention the venue very clearly so you will never get lost. Trip started on time and ended on time. I am satisfied with the service. Our guide was awesome. She explained everything in detail.

Guide was an local lady, she had a very good knowledge of the local history and the artifacts in the museum.
It is definitely way better to have a guided tour of the museum than to go there solo - there's not much explanation of what you're looking at.
Unfortunately the space it very tight and other visitors are getting in a way. Also at the begging you can have hard times hearing your guide because of the other people, other guides talking.
PS: The location on the map is incorrect - go to the market swuare in front of an museum entrance.

What an amazing place. We went with 4 children of various ages it was great. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and the facilities 5star if only we had something as good in the UK.

Ivan a fost un ghid amabil și un șofer perfect. El ne-a dat toate informațiile despre călătorie. Locațiile au fost magnifice. Ne-au plăcut băile termale Chocholow. A fost o zi perfectă.
