Se pun la dispoziție jachete călduroase, mănuși și cizme, dacă este necesar, astfel încât să nu trebuie să vă faceți prea multe griji cu privire la frig. Băuturile sunt bine făcute, iar noutatea de a sorbi cocktailuri într-un mediu la -10°C este destul de interesantă. Personalul este prietenos și se asigură că vă simțiți bine. A fost plăcut. Am optat pentru tururile în amonte și în aval. A existat o pauză de o jumătate de oră între cele două și barca se întoarce la punctul de preluare între ele timp de o jumătate de oră și a trebuit să debarcăm pentru durata pauzei. Există o toaletă la bord și scaunele sunt relativ confortabile. Din păcate, ploaia a coborât în timpul turului în aval, astfel încât nu am putut obține fotografii bune, deoarece ferestrele erau acoperite de picături, dar, asta e vremea Melbournes.
