Mi-a plăcut cât de bine informat a fost ghidul turistic. Singurul lucru care trebuie îmbunătățit este gestionarea mulțimii din autobuz. Au fost pasageri care au băut și, de asemenea, conversau destul de tare, ceea ce a făcut dificilă audierea ghidului turistic uneori.

Tipul de la bilete a fost super util și m-a ajutat când am descoperit că am rezervat turul din Budapesta în loc de cel din Viena. Dar problema a fost că în timpul turului nu am putut auzi bine doamna de tur live, iar sistemul meu audio nu a funcționat, așa că nu am putut auzi nimic de fapt... nici o descriere. În general, a fost bine, dar ar fi putut fi mai bine.
