Deși turul a acoperit toate punctele importante, echipa de asistență a fost foarte nepoliticoasă. Nici nu ne-au ajutat cu întrebările, nici nu ne-au direcționat către autobuzele potrivite la punctele de schimbare. De fapt, au făcut mișto de noi pentru că le-am cerut indicații pentru croaziera pe râu, ceea ce este foarte puțin probabil în industria ospitalității. Deci, o experiență care trebuia să fie satisfăcătoare și distractivă, s-a dovedit a fi acră pentru noi.
