Excursii de o zi din Bordeaux

Theo a fost un ghid excelent și a transmis cunoștințele sale despre vinuri extrem de bine. Am avut un grup bun și am interacționat foarte bine, în special în timpul degustării vinurilor. Ne-am bucurat cu toții de vizita noastră la St Emilion și am învățat multe despre sat de la Theo.

Went solo and joined a group. Theo was our host, and he made everyone feel welcome. Vineyard was BEAUTIFUL but got a bit muddy in the morning (bring proper shoes, lol). Tasted some reds I’d never even heard of. The cheese pairing was def my fave part, ngl. Slightly long wait at the second chateau, but worth it for the barrel room tour.

Went on my birthday and it was SO worth it. Learned loads about the wine process, and the tasting was fun—not stuffy at all. We got lucky with the weather, sunny the whole way. The chocolate shop was adorable and staff gave us samples.

Tasting was fun, and the guide was super chill. A bit crowded at the first stop but it thinned out later. If you’re a wine geek, you’ll appreciate the details about barrels and aging. Would’ve liked more time at the second chateau.

Vineyards were lovely, guide was friendly (shoutout to Galaad!). We had a small group, which was nice. Only complaint: wish there was more cheese with the wine. Otherwise, good value.

Took my best friend for her birthday—neither of us wine experts, but we felt like pros by the end! Our guide, Marion, was so friendly and shared all these funny stories about the region. Loved the old cellars and the chocolate tasting—omg, the dark choc one is still haunting my dreams. Weather was PERFECT. Would totally do it again.

Did the tour with my partner and honestly, it was one of those days you just wanna bottle up (pun intended). Our guide, Theo, was suuuper chill but knew his stuff—kept dropping random grape facts that I had no clue about. We tried four different wines and even got a mini lesson on how to swirl the glass without looking like a doofus. Oh, and there was this coool little chocolate shop at the end—dangerous if you’re hungry! Was a bit crowded at the first stop but nobody seemed rushed. If you love stories and sips, book this.

Absolutely loved this tour! Our group was small and everyone was in good spirits. Marion (guide) had a million stories about the area. The wine was DELISH, and the chocolate shop at the end was a hidden gem. Best part was seeing the grape harvest up close—so cool.
