Ne-a plăcut să învățăm despre istoria diferitelor părți ale Yarra, a fost foarte informativ.Iubit căpitanul nostru de sex feminin, ea a fost uimitor pentru a viziona modul în care ea a manevrat barca în diferite locuri și ne-a plăcut comentariul ei, ea a fost ingenios!!!

My granddaughter had a voucher she wished to utilise on a Yarra cruise. The cruise was well patronised and the driver's commentary was excellent. The voucher was not recognised in the on line booking system and neither was my senior's card so that was costly and disappointing. Having promised this holiday treat, I delivered and enjoyed our outing together.

A great sunny day we unfortunately didn't see any whales but lots of dolphins some seals and two lots of penguins staff were great with the kids talking to them answered lots of questions. Very happy and enjoyable afternoon our second trip with them

Echipajul a fost fantastic. Ne-a plăcut cu toții croaziera. Din păcate, nu am reușit să vedem delfini sau balene, dar am văzut câteva foci în jur. Văzând priveliștea insulei din apă a fost modul perfect de a încheia ziua noastră de vizitare a obiectivelor turistice de pe insulă

Croazieră a fost în regulă, dar punctul culminant pentru mine a fost parada pinguinului a fost adorabil pentru a vedea pinguini mici waddle spre cuibul lor și aplicația headout a fost foarte ușor de utilizat doar nevoie pentru a arăta codul de bare pentru personalul!

Am avut atât de multe probleme încercând să reduc dimensiunea rezervării mele de grup. A durat atât de mult pentru a obține răspunsuri și ajutor real, deoarece AI nu a înțeles cererea mea. A fost foarte frustrant și a durat atât de mult pentru a obține răspunsuri că am fugit din timp.
Persoana reală a fost foarte utilă explicând , cu toate acestea a fost prea târziu pentru a schimba rezervarea până când am primit orice sens în modul de a face acest lucru.
Nu este vina ei .. compania trebuie să îmbunătățească site-ul lor re:! schimbarea biletelor și rambursări...
Am fost frustrat și enervat de întregul proces .... dar am avut o călătorie bună chiar dacă vremea nu a fost cea mai bună.
