O destinație de vizitat, mai ales din Grădina Boboli ai o priveliște spectaculoasă asupra Florenței! Noi ne-am cazat în centrul Florenței pentru a putea să ne plimbăm prin oraș și să admirăm frumusețea pe care o oferă fără a folosi mijloace de transport pentru a ne deplasa.

Difficult finding the rep in the first place as so crowded and no signs.
But once found the rep and the guide especially were just excellent.

Getting information prior to the tours was not clear. The tours themselves were well run but too little time at each venue and the lunch was scheduled too closely to our Uffizi Gallery tour. Luckily our tour guide called the restaurant and they were able to accommodate us at a later time. I would have liked to have time after the tours to see more of the venues but that was not possible. Next time I would book these tours separately.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I learnt so much about Florence. Highly recommend this tour. The queues to get in to see David were very long outside but we got in within 15 minutes.

Very informative and enjoyable. I forgot our tour guide's name. I believe that she was Danish. She had such a pleasant disposition and was ready to provide extra, interesting facts when there were delays. My wife's receiver/headset kept cutting out. Our tour guide seamlessly addressed the issue by providing a backup receiver and headset -- with out interrupting the tour. She was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.
