The tour guide was very pleasant, neat, understanding and most important an expert of Milan and Milan history, and also worked extremely well managing the crowd. The reason I rated a good and not an awesome, is we received strict direction from your company to adhere to the arrival/start time. Get off at Milano Cadorna using trains R16, R17, R22, R27, S2, S3, S4, XP1, RE_1, or RE_7.
