Organizare bună și rapidă cu autobuzul de transfer din parcare. Terenuri frumoase și bine întreținute, clădire impresionantă. Ghid audio foarte bun.

Ho acquistato i biglietti per visitare castel del monte con headout. C'è stato un notevole ritardo nella ricezione dei ticket, ma il servizio clienti si è dimostrato molto disponibile e propenso a risolvere il problema.

Castel del Monte was amazing!! The audio tour was well done and thoroughly explained the history of Frederick and the building. One thing that that could have been improved was rhe "skip the line" - everyone was lined up in the same place -there needs to be separate distinct lines. We ended up waiting behind people who did not have tickets yet and did not get our headsets until we were near the start of the line.

Der Eintritt klappte sehr gut. Alles wurde sehr schnell und effizient erledigt. Castel del Monte ist beeindruckend, mit schlichter Eleganz und wirkt majestätisch aber trotzdem schlicht. Die Lage auf dem Berg ist einzigartig.

Si potrebbe gestire meglio l'accesso al Castello, io avevo prenotato e ho dovuto accalcarmi in mezzo alla fila che era stipata sulla scala

Wonderful castle with lots of symbolism, as you might expect from Italy. The architecture is really unique, and you get a great view from the top of the hill.
