Când am rezervat mi sa dat o zi diferită de cea pe care am ales-o. V-am contactat pentru o rambursare nu ați răspuns niciodată. Chiar și ghidul prin WhatsApp mi-a spus să vă contactez, dar nu ați răspuns niciodată. 66 de euro aruncați. Experiență foarte proastă

Biletul era doar pentru ghid. În opinia mea, acest lucru nu a fost explicat suficient de clar atunci când biletul a fost prezentat online. Nu am avut un bilet. Comunicarea cu echipa de suport a fost ok, dar chiar m-aș fi așteptat la mai multă bunăvoință. De exemplu, un voucher. Așa cum a fost, am irosit complet cei 18 euro
