Situated in the Hunter Valley in Australia, Brokenwood has become a premier destination for wine. With this self-guided tour, you will get 6 different wines with some delicious canapés.
Your afternoon of leisure and fun will begin as soon as you reach the new cellar door which is the largest complex in Hunter Valley’s wine region. A member of the staff will be present to guide you to the Match Room where you can enjoy 6 fine wines from Brokenwood and canapés to pair them with. During this time, if you have any questions about the winey or the wine, there will also be a trained staff member to help you with your queries.
Wine matching is little heard of around the world but it is important to many, especially chefs and sommeliers to enhance the taste of both food, and wine. With this tour, you have a very unique and interesting experience ahead of you in a winery that has consistently earned a 5-start status.
