A capacidade de entrar e sair do trem era boa. Achei o preço de uma passagem de dois dias extremamente acessível. Para um turista, foi um pouco confuso entender as diferenças entre as linhas de trem. Foi confuso entender quais linhas estavam disponíveis para viagem ou onde trocar as passagens.

O carro estava limpo e dentro do horário. A troca de passagens e a reserva foram um pouco complicadas, mas o preço é bom.

Site easy to understand mainly what is included or not in the pass. also the purchacing experience was very easy and intuitive

So far so good but there was a little hassle in the beginning when I went to the JR station to exchange the email receipt with the Hokkaido rail pass. The staff found that the same name was printed for all 3 tickets even though I have emailed the names of all 3 passengers so she had to call the JR main office to confirm before printing it out which took quite some time and caused a delay in our itinerary.

Foi simples comprar e resgatar com o código QR. A única dificuldade foi encontrar uma máquina de bilhetes para trocar o código QR por um bilhete físico. A estação listada no site não tinha uma máquina que aceitasse o código QR.

Bom custo-benefício, mas não cobriu a linha Keiyo até nosso hotel em Shiomi Gostaria de ter recebido instruções para usar as máquinas amarelas para entrar no trem. Tive uma confusão inicial ao tentar usar os touch pads em vez de deslizar o dedo
