Important Information

• During Stage 3 of the Queensland Government’s COVID-19 response, there will be some limitations on capacities at wildlife shows for social distancing. During busy periods, additional wildlife presentations may be scheduled. Check the blackboard upon arrival

• Interactive behind the scenes tour Big Croc Feed, Reptastic 5, and Zootastic 5 are available but limited numbers

• Lilies Restaurant will be operating on a limited menu during the COVID recovery period. Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic lunch and can dine in the park. No BYO alcohol, please. Take away food is obtainable

• Children must be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult

• Make sure to provide your correct contact details on entry, exercise social distancing and frequently wash/sanitize your hands

• If you display any signs of illness symptomatic to COVID-19, you will be denied entry

• Failure to comply with any instructions from the staff may result in your expulsion from the property

• Most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex) are accepted. Payment by credit/debit card is preferred and appreciated

Infants aged 0-3yrs can go in for free. Children aged 4-15yrs, as well as families with 2 adults and 2 children, enjoy reduced ticket pricing (carry valid photo IDs)

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs

• While booking, please provide the name of your hotel

• If your hotel is not in the pickup zone, you will be provided with the nearest pickup location

• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your hotel
