Tour gastronômico em Florença

Apesar de escolher o tour em espanhol, o grupo era misto em inglês espanhol e italiano. Entretanto, guia que acompanhou o grupo fez as explicações nas 3 línguas. Apenas nas 2 bodegas visitadas que a linguagem era apenas em inglês ou italiano. As 2 visitas as Bodegas foram boas, um pequeníssima degustação de pão com azeite e 3 vinhos em cada 1 (vinhos de entrada).

No início, não recebi a confirmação por e-mail, mas quando pedi, recebi e tudo funcionou para a aula de culinária. A facilidade com que os chefs deram instruções e a camaradagem e aceitação dos participantes.

The class started later than expected so we were there for 4+ hours. Everyone in the class was great, including the teachers. The chance to learn how to make pasta from scratch in Florence was really nice. We learned some really nice tricks in the kitchen and hope to implement them at home.

It was really fun. Only two families attended the class, which was held in a small setting. The chef was quite pleasant to work with and made the experience memorable. We made homemade pizza and watched the chef make gelato with a few students' help.

We sincerely appreciated the interactive nature of the class, which allowed us to ask questions and learn new skills. The highlight, of course, was savoring the fruits of our labor as we sat down to enjoy the delicious meal we had prepared together. The flavors, aromas, and the shared camaraderie made the dining experience truly special and unforgettable. Overall, our Florence market tour and cooking class surpassed all expectations. It was a perfect blend of cultural exploration, culinary education, and immersive enjoyment. Great tour and the tour guide was wonderful. He did a wonderful job of explaining the wine business and was very patience with us. He assisted the guests with purchasing tickets for the trampoline and check through the bus to see if any things was left back.

Houve um engano e fomos embarcados com um grupo espanhol. O guia foi muito prestável e tratou de nos colocar no autocarro certo. Além disso, deram-nos um lugar muito agradável. Recomendo esta viagem, pois está muito bem organizada e os guias são muito prestáveis.

Nos divertimos muito com as aulas do chef Tommaso e estamos ansiosos para experimentar nossas novas habilidades com massas quando voltarmos para casa. O gelato feito na hora estava delicioso. Altamente recomendável.
