Important Information

• Make sure to wear loose-fitting clothes and outdoor shoes

• Participants must be at least 4yrs old and above, at least 120cm tall and weigh a maximum of 120kgs to join in this activity

• Please be punctual on the scheduled pick-up date and time. The driver will wait up to 5 minutes after which the voucher will be canceled, and no reschedule or refund will be made

• Transfer service might get delayed based on traffic conditions and the punctuality of other participants

• On the day of your experience, if the driver has not yet picked up you on the appointment time, please contact with customer service

• The schedule of the activities in the itinerary may be adjusted due to the weather, traffic and other condition, without prior notice

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly

• Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the time of pick-up

• Kindly ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid any delays

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs

• While booking, please provide the name of your hotel

• If your hotel is not in the pickup zone, you will be provided with the nearest pickup location

• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your lobby
