• Children aged 10yrs and under can not participate in the rafting and ATV activities

• Please bring spare clothes, towels, extra slippers, toiletries, bug spray and snacks

• The staff will take a picture of you for sale. You could purchase it voluntarily

• You might be subject to queues on holidays

• Pregnant women, the elderly, and heart disease patients are not recommended to participate in this experience

• In case the Ran-Tong Elephant Conservation Center needs to be closed on the day of your booking, we will notify you to reschedule your visit

• The schedule of the activities in the itinerary might be adjusted due to the weather, traffic and other conditions, without prior notice

Full Day Tour: Daily from 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM

Half Day Morning Tour: Daily from 7:00 AM- 1:00 PM

Half Day Afternoon Tour: Daily from 1:30 AM- 7:30 PM
