A emissão de bilhetes foi muito fácil, mas o que mais gostei foi da guia turística Ebru, que era tão simpática, humilde e cheia de conhecimentos. Ela estava cheia de energia e guiou-nos bem durante toda a visita a Hagia sophia, tornando-a uma recordação da vida. Por favor, transmitam-lhe os meus cumprimentos e continuem o bom trabalho!

O nosso guia era apaixonado pelo sítio e era muito bom a contar histórias.

Ich fand es unmöglich, dass die uns uns gebuchte Tour am selben Tag von Ihnen abgesagt wurde. Wir haben dann an der Führung um 14.30 statt wie von uns gebucht um 10.00 Uhr teilgenommen. Der Guide (Ilka) war sehr sehr gut und hat ihre Arbeit toll gemacht. Sie spricht ein tolles Englisch und war sehr informativ! Wäre sie nicht so toll gewesen, wäre die Buchung mit Ihnen ein Desaster geworden. Es ist auch unmöglich, dass nicht expliziet darauf hingewiesen wird, dass der Eintritt frei ist und dass man sich auch mit gebuchtem Guide in die Schlange einreihen muss. Insofern sind wir von Ihrem Service enttäuscht.

Luckily the cue moved rather quickly to the entrance. A wonderful guide ' Ozzi' welcomed us and explained the whole procedure loud,clear and slowly.That goes for the history-telling also.Very pleasant guide.The 1 hour tour was suitable.

Freundlicher Guide mit Infos zu den verschiedenen Epochen der Hagia Sophia. Entgegen der Homepage des Veranstalters Headout gibt es KEINEN SCHNELLEINLASS, sondern man muss sich ebenfalls normal in die Schlange stellen und warten.

The guide we had, Ozuj (or Ozy) was excellent. He was friendly, very informative and looked after us well. Why not 5 stars? This tour was marketed as offering priority access and the confirmation even indicated the time the tour would end. This was not the case - we still had to join the queue with everyone else and weren't even through security by the time my booking said my tour would finish. Entry without a guide is free. Thankfully, I think Ozy gave us a very good tour which was worth the price paid despite not bypassing the queue or it including an entry fee.
