O bilhete incluía uma garrafa de vinho e água potável ilimitada. Eu próprio pedi água duas vezes e recebi a fatura por ela. Tive de discutir muito e mostrar-lhes o bilhete no Headout 2 vezes para que retirassem a água da fatura porque a tinha incluída. Nem sequer recebi a garrafa de vinho. Segundo o pessoal, o Headout não me informou que eu tinha reservado água e uma garrafa de vinho incluídas. Em todo o caso, foi uma experiência agradável, mas infelizmente um pouco estúpida no final devido ao mal-entendido.

It was a romantic dinner for my husband and I. We enjoyed the food and the music. An amazing experience we would love to do again for our anniversary.

O navio é muito bonito, a mesa para dois à janela é muito agradável, o buffet é muito bom e abundante, o serviço é muito simpático, o itinerário é bom, a organização é excelente, portanto, na verdade, tudo está bem - exceto a música que o acompanha. Teríamos preferido música mais típica, por exemplo, música boémia ou Smetana ou Dvorchak, e não o ruído internacional.

Lovely boat, good food. 3 hours makes good value for money. One gripe - map link from email sent us several hundred metres from the actual location and we nearly didn't make the trip! Please add one sentence to say the boat will be at Pier 3 and all piers are clearly numbered.

Finding the correct pier was a nightmare. We left our apartment at 1800. Took the tram most of the way. In my confirmation email was "To locate the boarding point on Google Maps, simply search for - Dvorákovo nábr". The tram dropped us off on the other side of the river. We crossed the bridge, walk down to the pier area. That point, "Dvorákovo nábr" is between the two bridges in Google Maps. We walked all the way to the other bridge trying to find the correct pier. Not finding it, we looked closer, and it says, Pier 3 Dvorákovo nábr, which Google Maps doesn't recognize. Then we finally realized it was before the first bridge we had crossed, not between the two bridges at all. We were on the pier area by 1820, because we couldn't find the pier, we were one of the last ones on the boat. Then we are rushing, trying to get our tickets at the booth, then go to the boat. We were a large party, 10 people with 4 different tickets. The ticket issuer, gave one of our members the wrong ticket- it was the wrong date. The people on the boat couldn't work it out, so he had to go back to the ticket booth, running both ways so that he wouldn't be left behind. Other than that, the cruise was enjoyable.
