Visite a Torre Eiffel com elevador e subida opcional ao topo

O tempo de espera foi tão longo que não houve visita guiada à Torre Eiffel. Todas as informações tiveram de ser transmitidas durante o tempo de espera.

We went a day earlier than scheduled to find the meeting place & learned there would be a strike the next day. We were asked if we wanted to go then, and we said yes. Nathalie was a terrific guide, & were among the last groups allowed up to the summit that day. Spectacular!

Disappointedly, we were unable to take part in the tour that we were very much looking forward to because of the National Strike that took place on Thursday 06/04/23. However, I do want to heap praise because of being kept informed of the impending strike, and early the next day of the elevator tour received confirmation that the Eiffel Tower would be closed that day. We've sent details to Customer Service and we are now awaiting refund of the tickets. One piece of feedback I think is important, is location details. Although a location map is provided, think we would have struggled to find the meeting place on the day. It was only because we visited the Eiffel Tower by night earlier in the week and decided to go looking. E.T. staff were unable to help, but we think we found it though won't now know for certain. That said would I book with Headout again? Yes absolutely. Our dealings with the organisation has been very straightforward and pleasant.

Nice environment & amagzing experience! But waited quite long......

Summit was closed during our visit. Advised Headout and they promply sent a partial refund directly to my bank account. Much appreciated. Our guide was very informative and kept the wait in line upbeat.

Great staff, best view, we had a really good time there.
