Important Information

• Penguin Encounter is currently NOT available.

• For slope sessions, skiers/snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2. Otherwise, access to the slope else won't be allowed.

• Winter gear provided: jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard, and poles.

• Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.

• Adult pricing applies to all guests whose age is 3 or more for this experience.

• For safety reasons, children below the age of 2 are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.

• Children under 14 years old should be accompanied by an adult.

• Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back and neck problems.

• Caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather.

Getting There

Ski Dubai is located in the Mall of the Emirates. The Mall of the Emirates Station can be reached by taking the Red Line running from Rashidiya Station to the UAE Exchange Station.
