Tour

• Ensure your reservation is made under the name exactly as it appears on your passport, which will be verified upon entry to Ghibli Park.

• This package includes tickets to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse and Mononoke Village, opening on November 1, 2023.

• The tour is subject to cancellation if Ghibli Park closes due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Check the park's official website for closure announcements.

• If sightseeing facilities are closed, the tour will be taken to alternative destinations.

• While a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter will accompany the tour, they will not be present inside Ghibli Park.

• Regarding the bento box included in the tour, please note that meals catering to specific dietary needs, such as allergy-friendly or gluten-free options, are not available.

• You are invited to enjoy your bento box meal within the Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park independently. Depending on road conditions, the meal may also be enjoyed while on board.

Ghibli Park

• Food items available within Ghibli Park are labeled in accordance with Japanese food allergen labeling regulations.

• Admission to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse is timed (12pm to 1pm). Late arrivals past this window will not be admitted, so please arrive early.

• A voucher and passport must be presented for park entry on the day; failure to provide both may result in denied access.

• Check-in will be conducted per group; all members must be present together, as individual entry and copied vouchers are not accepted.

• Please note that re-entry to areas is not permitted.

• The Hill of Youth and Dondoko Forest may not be entered on the day as they are on an advance reservation system.

• Participation in the gohei-mochi-making workshop incurs an additional fee. Please refer to the official website. When Gohei-mochi is sold out, the experience will be unavailable.

• The Lord Okkoto slide is exclusively available to children up to 12 years old.

• There is no assigned time for entry to Mononoke Village, however you must enter with all members of your party by 4pm on the day of your package reservation.

• Please allow a 10-minute walk to reach Mononoke Village from Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, including transfer time.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 mins before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.

• Collect physical ticket from your guide by presenting your mobile voucher with a valid passport at the meeting point. Please note that travelers cannot enter without the physical ticket.
