Mwanwhile, I just have one suggestion, perhaps you can increase the number of LiveChat operators as it took about 8 - 10 minutes to reach a human operator. Thank you.

Perfect couple date, would suggest maybe to not open wide the doors on each station/be seen by the queue in each station and keep the atmosphere as perfect as it is when in the sky.

Our tour guides, were very friendly and made the tour enjoyable. We found it interesting to see how the brewery is run and the quiz questions were a lot of fun.

It was very educational and the site tour is well organised. We absolutely enjoyed the super fresh beers! The tour guide and all the staff at the Tiger Tavern were very polite and helpful. Awesome experience!

Muito divertido, ótimo lugar, muito para ver e fazer. Tivemos a sorte de o festival de comida estar a decorrer. Excelente ambiente. Fiquei impressionado com a limpeza de tudo. A única crítica que tenho é que os funcionários do restaurante Ola beach Club foram extremamente rudes e não ajudaram em nada a explicar como funcionava o nosso passe de jantar. Foi uma pena. O meu lema é: se não estão satisfeitos com o vosso trabalho, deixem-no e não descarreguem nos vossos clientes. O meu marido acabou por falar com uma rapariga que lhe explicou como funcionava, mas ela era a única que estava feliz por estar a trabalhar. Para além disso, passámos um bom bocado.

Foi ótimo ter a experiência VIP; você foi tratado como uma "estrela", sem esperar em filas e com uma cabine inteira só para nós dois, com nossos coquetéis prontos e esperando. As vistas são deslumbrantes. Eu recomendo muito.
