Olá Jennifer, a viagem em si foi óptima. Mas o vosso serviço de apoio ao cliente disse-me várias vezes que o operador turístico me ia buscar ao hotel. Mas o operador turístico nunca me contactou. No dia da excursão, às 6h45 da manhã, telefonei para o lobby do hotel para verificar a hora de recolha. Ele disse que eles não faziam isso, que precisávamos de ir ao escritório deles, dentro de 20 minutos para apanhar a excursão. A rececionista do hotel ajudou a apanhar um táxi e chegámos lá. 1.Here headout didnt organizar ou dizer-nos exatamente como podemos chegar ao operador turístico. 2. O operador turístico nunca me contactou sobre a recolha ou o encontro com eles. Eles estão muito, muito desiludidos. A excursão foi óptima. O guia foi ótimo. 3. Não houve coordenação entre a direção e o operador turístico. O operador turístico diz que nos vai telefonar a escolher e o operador turístico diz que é suposto irmos às suas instalações. Final: Se soubéssemos o que temos de fazer com antecedência, teríamos planeado. Por favor, verifiquem as minhas conversas com o vosso departamento de clientes.
