General Information:

Guests below the age of 18 years can enter for free and do no require a ticket. Please carry a valid photo ID with you as proof of age.

Please exchange your vouchers for tickets at the Lindbergh office at Damrak 26.

These tickets are open day tickets, you can use them on any date - it does not have to be the same date as the canal cruise.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly. Please display the same at the box office/ticketing counter at the venue to collect your physical tickets. For your cruise, you must go to the Blue Boat ticketing office Our ticket office at Stadhouderskade 551 opposite Heineken Experience is open daily from 09:30 until 17:15 hours.
