From making and draining noodles to mixing the soup and roasting the chicken, you will follow every step from a detailed guidebook. Friendly, expert instructors are also at hand if you so require. If you are a vegan or a vegetarian, you can use tofu as a substitute for chicken. The Halal-certified restaurant makes sure that the experience is accessible for everyone who wants to learn the secrets of the dish that is an integral part of Japanese culture.
