No início, não recebi a confirmação por e-mail, mas quando pedi, recebi e tudo funcionou para a aula de culinária. A facilidade com que os chefs deram instruções e a camaradagem e aceitação dos participantes.

The class started later than expected so we were there for 4+ hours. Everyone in the class was great, including the teachers. The chance to learn how to make pasta from scratch in Florence was really nice. We learned some really nice tricks in the kitchen and hope to implement them at home.

It was really fun. Only two families attended the class, which was held in a small setting. The chef was quite pleasant to work with and made the experience memorable. We made homemade pizza and watched the chef make gelato with a few students' help.

Our market tour was a delightful journey through the Florence Central market. The highlight, of course, was savoring the fruits of our labor as we sat down to enjoy the delicious meal we had prepared together. The flavors, aromas, and the shared camaraderie made the dining experience truly special and unforgettable. Overall, our Florence market tour and cooking class surpassed all expectations.
