La guide Dorothée a été parfaite et très attentionnée à chacun de ses clients. Ses explications tant en anglais qu'en espagnol sont très claires et pertinentes. Elle est disponible, patiente et ses explications sont détaillées. Je la recommande.
Par contre Headout nous a vendu la visite du Parlement sans nous préciser qu'il y avait un city tour auparavant. Cela ne nous a pas fait de mal mais nous aurions aimé être mis au courant plus clairement.
