Odbiór punktualnie w miejscu spotkania przez lokalną firmę używaną przez Headout. Minibus wygodny. Świetna komunikacja i aktualizacje na e-mail i WhatsApp. Łaźnie termalne były suberb. Wieczorna wizyta jest świetna, ponieważ nie jest tak zajęta. Mogłoby być więcej serwerów w barze przy odkrytym basenie (długie kolejki). Sugeruję 2 ręczniki - trzymaj 1 w szafce - drugi staje się wilgotny. Jedliśmy pizze, które były pyszne. Bardzo relaksujący.

This Chocholow Termal bath tour was an amazing and relaxing experience outside Krakow. Everything was very well organized, including the pickup from our Airbnb apartment close to the old town, so we didn't have to walk to the pickup point. Our guide/driver was very polite and helpful, and also gave us a couple of useful tips regarding local restaurants in Krakow. The transportation was clean and comfortable. It took us approximately 1.5 hours each direction, including a 5-minute stop for the bathroom/coffee (which was very thoughtful). The bath complex itself is pretty big, with several pools and nice areas for relaxation, a pool bar, and a lot of facilities for kids. We would highly recommend this experience and would come back next time we visit Krakow.

What an amazing place. We went with 4 children of various ages it was great. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and the facilities 5star if only we had something as good in the UK.

The booking was straight forward, the events were very well organised and efficient. Guides were very knowledgeable and passionate about their subject. We loved the experience and it certainly made lasting memories for me and my family. Thank you

La giornata è stata organizzata perfettamente dal momento culturale, all enogastonomico si è concluso con un gran relax alle terme! Consiglio a chi visita Cracovia di fare questo tour assolutamente!
