Przewodnik (Mijael - Walker) był bardzo przyjazny i entuzjastycznie wyjaśniał wszystko w Auschwitz-Birkenau. Zarówno Auschwitz, jak i kopalnia soli są niezbędnymi wizytami, jeśli wybierasz się do Krakowa, wspaniale było móc je zrobić w jeden dzień. Z minusów: początkowo odbiór wycieczki miał być o 7:45, ale dzień wcześniej powiedziano nam, że zostaniemy odebrani 2 godziny wcześniej niż planowano.

Oba doświadczenia doskonale zorganizowane w najdrobniejszych szczegółach. Kopalnie to prawdziwa gratka. Auschwitz i Birkenau, złożone i wzruszające doświadczenie, które każdy powinien zrobić. Obaj przewodnicy naprawdę dobrzy. Przewodnik w obozach Auschwitz i Birkenau, ze swoją głębią myśli i emocjonalności doskonale przekazał nam zrozumienie tego, co się tam wydarzyło. Ogólnie bardzo pozytywnie. Godzina została zmieniona poprzedniego wieczoru, jednak czytając niektóre z innych recenzji, spodziewałem się, że może się to zdarzyć i na wszelki wypadek dostosowałem plany. Zmiana nastąpiła 1 godzinę wcześniej, więc nie była poważna. Odbiór był na czas, a podróż przebiegła bez zakłóceń. Przewodnik był fantastyczny, bardzo kompetentny i pełen pasji. Wycieczka po obozie 2 wydawała się nieco bardziej restrykcyjna i chciałbym mieć możliwość zbadania większej jego części. Zapewniony lunch był dobry i lepszy niż się spodziewałem.

Wszystko było idealne. Zostaliśmy odebrani na czas. Radziłbym być tam 15 minut wcześniej, ponieważ nie czekamy na spóźnialskich, co jest normalne. Przewodnik w autobusie był przyjazny, ale zbyt szybko mówił po angielsku. Na miejscu nasz francuskojęzyczny przewodnik był doskonały. Rozkłady jazdy były przestrzegane, ale osoba towarzysząca nam w autobusie powinna mówić wolniej.

Lara is just one of those rare people who leaves an impression that lasts long after the tour ends. as an american traveling in a foreign country and not speaking the native language, this tour made everything exceptionally easy and smooth. there were no moments of confusion or uncertainty, the guidance was clear, and we always knew exactly where to be and what was happening next. every step of the journey was thoughtfully laid out, removing any of the usual stresses that come with being in a new place. by the end of the day, i didn’t just feel like a tourist... i felt connected to the history, culture, and people in a way that left me fulfilled and grateful for the experience. this tour truly delivered a sense of ease and discovery appreciated by those who are naturally more anxious. i couldn't recommend it more.
