The best part of this tour experience was definitely the cruise! Loved every minute of it. Our guide, Danielle, was awesome. She was very engaging with the whole group and made the experience fun. My experience with ordering tickets with Headout was great although the meeting point for this tour had two different locations stated in the confirmation/tour details. It was confusing at first and I had to look at the reviews to confirm which meeting spot was correct. 6075 Niagara River Pkwy is the correct meeting spot by the way! Thanks again!

Świetnie się bawiliśmy, wybraliśmy się jako rodzina. Nasz przewodnik, Mark, był bardzo przyjazny i kompetentny. W naszej grupie były osoby w różnym wieku, a on był bardzo cierpliwy w stosunku do wszystkich. Na początku mieli problemy z wydaniem nam przepustek, ale w końcu wszystko rozwiązali i świetnie się bawiliśmy bez żadnych problemów.

Od zakupu biletu online, przez odprawę po przyjeździe, organizację wejścia na pokład, helikopter w doskonałym stanie, po samą wycieczkę, wszystko było niezwykłe i sprawiło, że nasze doświadczenie było niezapomniane. Gratulacje!
