Nasz przewodnik był bardzo kompetentny, miły i bardzo dobrze mówił po angielsku, a pałac był fantastycznym budynkiem. Chociaż było bardzo tłoczno, kolejka poruszała się z akceptowalną prędkością.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, doświadczenie i wycieczka były niesamowite. Nasz przewodnik był bardzo kompetentny i odpowiedział na wszystkie pytania oraz oczywiście dał nam niesamowitą historyczną wycieczkę po posiadłości. Nasze bilety były na godzinę 16:00 i musieliśmy zaparkować u podnóża góry - spóźniliśmy się z powodu korków i praktycznie biegliśmy, aby dotrzeć do wyznaczonego miejsca o 16:00. Nie było tam żadnego przewodnika - pytaliśmy wiele osób, w końcu dzwoniąc do Headout, w którym przedstawiciel był bardzo pomocny, ale powiedział nam, że nasz przewodnik "spóźnia się" i nie będzie go do 4:30. W końcu zauważyliśmy go mniej więcej o tej porze i powiedział nam, że nasza rezerwacja to 5pm. Zrobił zdjęcia naszych biletów z wyraźnym napisem 16:00 - dla nas był to ogromny błąd, ponieważ mieliśmy również plany po tej wycieczce, które zostały opóźnione. Ponadto wycieczka miała trwać 1,5 godziny, a trwała nieco ponad godzinę. Czuliśmy się trochę pośpieszeni.
