Chociaż wycieczka obejmowała wszystkie główne miejsca, zespół wsparcia był bardzo nieuprzejmy. Ani nie pomogli nam w zadawaniu pytań, ani nie skierowali nas do właściwych autobusów w punktach przesiadkowych. W rzeczywistości wyśmiali nas za to, że poprosiliśmy ich o wskazówki dotyczące rejsu po rzece, co jest bardzo mało prawdopodobne w branży hotelarskiej. Tak więc doświadczenie, które miało być satysfakcjonujące i zabawne, okazało się dla nas kwaśne.
