Dokonałem rezerwacji online i chciałem zapłacić przez Pay PAL. Pojawił się komunikat o błędzie informujący, że transakcja nie może zostać zakończona. Spróbowałem więc ponownie i zapłaciłem bezpośrednio kartą kredytową. Udało się. Kilka minut później miałem 2 potwierdzenia rezerwacji i 4 bilety zamiast 2. Próbowałem opisać problem przez czat. Udało się. Jednak odpowiedź była niesamowita. Błędna podwójna rezerwacja została dokonana mniej niż 72 godziny przed rozpoczęciem pokazu, więc organizator pokazu nie mógł anulować nadmiarowych biletów. Headout nie mógł nic dla mnie zrobić. Uważam, że to nie do zniesienia, ponieważ Headup ma w swoich rękach system rezerwacji, a nie dostawcę. 124,30 zapłacone dwukrotnie. Nie akceptuję tego i podejmę działania przeciwko temu.
