It was so easy for a wheelchair user to get on and off the boat. The crew was very kind. It was fantastic 50 mins cruise trip.

Nous sommes arrivés en retard et il ne restait que quelques places , nous avons choisi de nous installer sur le pont arrière et c'est vrai que c'était un coin tranquille si malheureusement celui-ci n'était pas infesté de moucherons !! Dommage , pour nous, sinon meilleures places sur le bateau je pense.. par contre difficultés à trouver l'embarcadère, pas très précis sur votre plan. Pour terminer , personnels très agréable et à l'écoute.

Der Bestellvorgang und das Bezahlen hat einwandfrei geklapp. Hingegen konnte der Kontrolleur beim Einsteigen zum Schiff den QR-Code mit seinem Handy trotz vorhandener App nicht lesen; der Code wurde nie scharf dargestellt. Er liess mich nach ein paar Versuchen aber doch aufs Schiff, wo dann wieder alles wie erwartet gut war.

Entspannte Crew und Mitarbeitende im Restaurant. Alles gepflegt. Schöne Tour über den See bei schönstem Wetter (auch wenn ihr dafür nicht verantwortlich seid). Kann man nur empfehlen, wenn man ein paar entspannte Stunden erleben will!

l'heure de départ respectée, bon accueil et politesse de l'équipage . Traversée très agréable et tout en souplesse à l'arrivée.

Was man unbedingt als Verbesserung machen sollte, ist, das man nicht bei jedem Login der App die Buchungssystem eingeben muss. Das ist umständlich und nervig. Sonst alles gut.
