All the transports were well planned, a taxi brought us to the van. Our first guide Cyprian was very helpful and answered kindly of kind of questions. Our next guide in Auschwitz was good, but unfortunately some times we didn't hear him clearly through the microphone. We were disappointed that we didn't saw the main gate of Birkenau, because there was a preparation for an 80 anniversary and the gate was covered by a tent.

A visit to Auschwitz is not a fun experience, or should it ever be. Our guide was remarkably knowledgeable, empathetic, and took us through this profoundly sombre and emotionally draining event excellently. We were not overwhelmed with gruesome factoids, and she let the unspeakably grim evidence speak for itself and the voiceless dead.

Alles rondom de trip was goed geregeld. Er wordt duidelijk, tijdig en snel gecommuniceerd. Ook de gidsen zelf waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben een mooie tour gehad en raadt het anderen ook zeker aan om hier te boeken. It felt well-paced and smooth.

All very slick and professional. Pick up fro Hotel was on time. Journey to Auschwitz was scenic. The length of the tour is just right at Auschwitz, but I think it would have been good to have visited one of the mens huts at Birkenau too and not just the womens.

After the time being changed considerably to the afternoon due to the amount of people going the instructions for pick up did not match the Google map location which showed around the corner. Other people had the same issue. Fortunately we spoke to someone in the street who helped us find the correct pick up point as a couple of people had already missed the morning tour due to this reason. We booked the tour back at the beginning of January so don't understand why we suddenly had to change time considerably. The tour was also very rushed in comparison to a tour my son had been on previously with a different guide
