Turen i seg selv var veldig bra, vi forsto at det måtte hastes for å få tid til å se alt som var inkludert i pakken. Det vi var mest misfornøyd med, og jeg kommer ikke til å anbefale dere til noen, var da vi stoppet ved Stonehenge og fra stedet til bussen måtte vi få en varebil for å komme tilbake til parkeringsplassen. Vi stilte oss i køen 30 minutter for tidlig, og jeg vet ikke hva som skjedde, men bussen stoppet en stund, og vi kom til å bli forsinket, men av en eller annen guddommelig nåde hadde jeg tatt nummeret til jenta som var med i gruppen og bedt henne fortelle guiden hva som skjedde, og hun ventet på oss. Vi var 10 minutter forsinket, ikke 30, ikke en time, og hadde det ikke vært for denne jenta, ville hun ha etterlatt oss midt ute i ingenmannsland, uten transport for å komme tilbake, uten engang å sjekke hva som hadde skjedd. Når du må tilbake på bussen og må stole på dine egne ben, er vi helt enige, men i denne situasjonen måtte vi stole på varebilen. Gudskjelov forlot de oss ikke, men jeg tenkte hele tiden: Tenk om de hadde gjort det? Tenk om det hadde vært foreldrene mine? Ikke noe internett, ingen penger, bare kort, ingen telefon? Jeg tror du bør gjennomgå disse reglene fordi turen, som skulle være bra, var stressende, ubehagelig bare å forestille seg at hun skulle slippe oss av i 10 minutter!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After assembling at the designated meeting point, you will board an air-conditioned, WiFi-enabled coach to Windsor, the first stop on your itinerary. Boarding begins at 7:30 AM from the meeting point

Important Information

Entrance to Windsor Castle and Stonehenge is already included in the price of this ticket

Viewing at Windsor Castle is restricted on Sun. On rare occasions, the State Apartments or St George's Chapel may be closed

Queen Mary's Dolls' House at Windsor Castle will be closed to visitors until further notice

Your tour starts at 8:00 AM, but boarding starts at 7:30 AM. Please arrive at the meeting point on time to avoid further delays

Your tour will end at 7:30 PM at Victoria Train station. This station is easily accessible and centrally located (Travel Zone 1)

The Semi-State Rooms are currently open until spring 2021. They usually open from autumn-spring each year

Blackout Dates

2 April 2021 - Windsor Castle is completely closed

The Semi-State Rooms are not open on days when the State Apartments are closed

St. George's Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day
