Møtestedet var The Hard Rock Café. Guiden vår, Darren, var presis, profesjonell, informativ, engasjerende og energisk på en positiv måte. Han talte hele tiden opp hvor mange vi var, for å forsikre seg om at alle var med. Han ga klare instruksjoner om møtepunkter og hva vi kunne forvente, og han svarte på alle spørsmål. Han delte litt av historien om fossen og Goat Island. Pengene mine var vel anvendte! Jeg fikk et røverkjøp, som inkluderte båttur, spasertur, utsiktspunkter ved fossen og Cave of the Winds. Alt i alt var det en fantastisk tur.

The best part of this tour experience was definitely the cruise! Loved every minute of it. Our guide, Danielle, was awesome. She was very engaging with the whole group and made the experience fun. My experience with ordering tickets with Headout was great although the meeting point for this tour had two different locations stated in the confirmation/tour details. It was confusing at first and I had to look at the reviews to confirm which meeting spot was correct. 6075 Niagara River Pkwy is the correct meeting spot by the way! Thanks again!

Greg var vår turguide. Veldig kunnskapsrik og hadde en god sans for humor. Han passet perfekt med gruppen vår. Vi besøkte de 3 fallene og lærte mange historier bak historien om dem. Det var en flott tur. Cave of the Winds var utrolig. Et must å se for ethvert besøk til Niagara.
