Jeg fikk ingen bekreftelse på henting, så jeg kontaktet Headout for å sjekke henting og levering. Etter å ha blitt forsikret om at alt var på plass, fikk jeg senere en e-post med beskjed om at hele billetten (x2) var kansellert fordi sjåføren ikke hadde fått forhåndsvarsel om hvor vi skulle hentes. Jeg informerte om hentestedet vårt via e-post til Headout den 20. januar 2025 for et arrangement den 27. februar 2025 - så min erfaring er veldig dårlig ettersom ingen billetter ble mottatt, og årsakene ser i beste fall ut til å være oppdiktet eller som et resultat av inkompetanse ...

The theatre door opens 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrival guests are requested to attend the show after break otherwise a suitable seat will be assigned.
